The B.E.S.T program mission – The Faculty challenge

B.E.S.T. Kitchen - Food for ideas, August 23rd, 2017The goal of the Business Engineering and Surgical Technologies (B.E.S.T) teaching method is to provide worldwide high quality, modern and comprehensive education in minimally invasive surgical strategies and technologies among young professionals in medicine, engineering and business. Through on-line interactive broadcasting and on-site teaching modules, the B.E.S.T program functions as a talent incubator educating and inspiring young professionals worldwide completely free of charge. In short, over a year B.E.S.T has formed over 2836 students from 90 different countries, with the sole support of an IHU governmental educational grant. Viable and innovative ideas arose from this revolutionary approach, which is likely to spin off significant technology transfer and to lead the way for future interdisciplinary surgical education programs.
